Speaks positively about the company, co-workers and guests. $ per hourResponsible for all preparation necessary to ensure proper application of paints, varnishes, sealers, and rust proofing. Plans maintenance program to include all facets of structural and cosmetic qualities of all necessary areas. Receives, evaluates and executes work orders to a predetermined level. Assists in evaluating and determining necessary procedures required in various areas of maintenance, weather protection and heavy traffic areas. Maintains preventive maintenance program. A security escort is required should these persons perform these functions in a restricted casino area.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent. Complete knowledge of all paints, varnishes, lacquers, etc. and their application and maintenance required. Five years previous experience and journeyman painter. Must possess a valid New Jersey driver's license.
