Temporary Painter – Contract Through AugustLocation: 77054 Pay Range: $15.00 per hour Employment Status: Temporary, Full-Time (through August 31)Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Painter to support one of our Houston-area properties. This is a temporary, contract role through the end of August 2025. The ideal candidate has strong experience in interior and exterior painting and takes pride in producing clean, professional results.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform prep work including sanding, caulking, patching, and maskingApply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces as assignedEnsure all surfaces are finished neatly and according to specified standardsFollow proper safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentCommunicate progress and supply needs to property leadershipProtect surrounding property and ensure no damage to adjacent surfacesPerform basic drywall patching and texture matching where neededRequired Skills and Qualifications2+ years of professional painting experienceProficiency in painting techniques, tools, and materialsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and pride in workmanshipPhysical ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift/move up to 50 lbsReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseSchedule 30 to 40 hours per week Flexible hours will be permitted for this position and will allow for weekends and evenings.Why Join Rise AMG?
