PainterTemporary painter needed for outdoor painting and labor tasks; reliable, safety-focused, physically capable, and equipped.Residential painting, staining, drywall repair, and paint removal. Experience: Over 20 years in business.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Painter Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 18.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and masking areas prior to painting.Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.Execute general labor duties as assigned, which may include material handling, site cleanup, and assisting other crew members.Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, particularly when working outdoors and with various materials.Ensure the quality and longevity of finished surfaces.Painter Qualifications:Proven ability to perform painting and general labor tasks effectively.Physical stamina to stand for an 8-hour shift consistently.Willingness to work extended hours or overtime as needed.Must own and consistently wear personal steel-toed work boots.Ability to work efficiently and safely in an outdoor setting, subject to varying weather conditions.Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
