Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Industrial Painter to support the manufacturing and finishing of metal enclosures, lighting products, and related components. This individual will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying coatings, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products meet appearance and durability requirements before shipment. Hourly rates start from $18-20/hr depending on experience.

Skills and Requirements
1+ year of industrial, manufacturing, automotive, powder coat, or spray painting experience
Experience using spray guns and painting equipment
Ability to prep, sand, clean, and mask materials prior to painting
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Ability to read work instructions and follow safety procedures
High attention to detail and quality Powder coating experience
Experience painting metal enclosures, sheet metal, or fabricated products
Manufacturing or production environment experience
Forklift or material handling experience
