In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine to complex surface preparation, selecting appropriate paint materials, and using various application techniques to achieve a high-quality finish. Removes old finishes and preps surface for interior and/or exterior painting. Applies coats of primer, paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to decorate and protect interior or exterior surfaces, trimmings, and fixtures of buildings, other structures, and/or equipment. Assists with ordering paint materials, estimating amount of paint needed, and coordinating schedule with other phases of work. Maintains inventory of supplies, including paint brushes, tarps, chemicals, etc.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:High school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of painting experienceConstruction or maintenance related experience is preferredMust possess and maintain a valid driver's licenseTeam members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
