Job description
PainterWe are seeking an experienced Spray Painter to join our mini home manufacturing team in Andover, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience using airless and HVLP spray guns to apply primers, paints, and protective coatings to residential building components. Responsibilities include surface preparation, masking, sanding, mixing coatings, and ensuring a high-quality finish on interior and exterior home sections. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to work efficiently in a production environment, and committed to maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role will pay $20 - $28 an hour. The shift is Mon - Thurs, 40 hours a week.ResponsibilitiesPerform carpentry tasks in both controlled factory settings and residential job sites.Frame and assemble wall, floor, and roof components using standardized methods.Assist in the installation of doors, windows, subfloors, sheathing, and other structural elements.Collaborate with team members to ensure assemblies are accurate and ready for follow-on trades.Interpret shop and construction drawings for accurate builds and installations.Operate saws, nailers, routers, and other woodworking tools safely and efficiently.Conduct quality checks to ensure assemblies meet company standards.Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to all safety procedures.Essential SkillsProficiency in finish carpentry and framing techniques.Experience in commercial construction.Ability to interpret construction and shop drawings.Skill in operating woodworking tools such as saws, nailers, and routers.Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with modular housing construction is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.Why Work Here?Become part of a pioneering team that is reshaping the future of housing. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
