Industrial Painter
Location: Lenexa, KS
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

What You'll Do
As an Industrial Painter, you'll play a key role in delivering top-quality finished products by:
Preparing parts and components for painting through cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface preparation.
Applying paint and protective coatings according to customer specifications and quality standards.
Inspecting finished products to ensure a professional appearance and exceptional workmanship.
Identifying and tracking parts accurately using work orders and production documentation.
Maintaining a clean, safe work environment and following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in producing quality work.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in industrial painting, manufacturing, production, powder coating, automotive body shop, or a related field preferred.
Vocational training or painting certification is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and comfortably stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the shift.
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
