Painter PositionTradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Painters for projects located in or around Madison, WI. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay range is $25-$32/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Painter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Pre-clean and rinse parts before media blastingApply stripe coats of primerUnderstand and execute the proper mixing and thinning of all primers and topcoatsMaintain and clean all spray equipment to keep it in orderTroubleshoot minor issues with spray equipment and correct as neededEnforce and abide by all safety rules and requirementsOperate all necessary quality control instrumentsUnderstand and recognize proper substrate preparationUnderstand and record all required quality control data required at quality control hold points and halt work when non-compliant readings are obtainedCorrect non-compliant work when it is observed and perform corrective measures to bring the work back into complianceSupervise Class B painters to ensure compliance with all established quality, process and safety standardPerform touch-up on finish painted piecesCleans and organizes work areaTradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.Our comprehensive benefits include:Tradesmen+ Rewards Program – earn points for hours workedVacation PayHealth insurance401(k) retirement savings planTradesmen International is an EO employer - M/F/Veteran/Disability" Be Safe" from fraud!
