Industrial PainterShift: 3AM - 1:30PM Monday - Thursday with OT FridaysPay: $21-23/hrWe are seeking Industrial Painters to apply coatings to manufactured parts while ensuring compliance with customer and quality standards. Candidates with auto-body painting, powder coating, or sandblasting experience are strongly encouraged to apply.Responsibilities:Apply industrial coatings using spray guns and related equipmentPrepare parts through sanding, blasting, and grit blastingComplete VOC and quality documentationPerform visual inspections to ensure finish qualitySupport 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiativesSkills & Experience:Industrial painting or auto-body painting experienceFamiliarity with spray gun operation and paint prepSanding, blasting, or powder coating experienceEntry to intermediate experience levels consideredQualifications:2+ years of experience in auto-body painting, industrial painting, or sandblastingTechnical, vocational, or military training is a plusAbility to pass Respirator Fit & Pulmonary Function TestingShift:Monday – FridayMust be open to 3AM-1:30PM for first shift and 1PM -11:30PM for second shift.Must be open to Fridays and OT is encouraged.Work Environment:Large, air-conditioned industrial manufacturing facilityOccasional time spent outdoors retrieving materials from the yardWhy Work Here?Competitive pay with weekly pay through AerotekBlue Cross Blue Shield benefits while on contractFull benefits upon permanent hire:Medical, Dental, Vision401(k)PTO & Paid HolidaysOnsite training and certification opportunitiesGrowth and advancement once hired directEmployee luncheons and company eventsJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
