Job description
PainterPivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of surfaces including, Steel, Aluminum, and other shop coated metal, uncoated metal, finished hardware, accessories and other surfaces as specified. Working in the fabrication shop, this role ensures all materials are prepped and ready to be painted and powder coated.Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesAccurate handling of products to be processedHanging and taking down products from conveyor lines, sanding, masking, plugging to prep for paint linesPrepare metal for the powder application process including hanging, washing, plugging, scrubbing, taping, and sanding of partsUtilize work instructions to follow established proceduresShrink wrap, count, and prep products for shippingAssist in QA final inspectionsMaintain clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functionsDocument actions by completing production and quality formsPerforms other duties as assignedJob QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentApplicants must have manufacturing assembly experience and/or high level of mechanical aptitudeApplications must have good communication skillsApplicants must be detail oriented, dependable, and work well in a team environment.Build defect-free products that meet Quality StandardsBuild products within time standardsAdhere to safety standards and requirementsBenefitsPivotal Health Solutions offers a complete benefits package including 401K, paid time off, paid holidays and healthcare benefits.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
