Surface Experts TechnicianDo you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Do you have a background refinishing tubs or countertops, or a background in commercial painting using HVLP sprayers? Together we work to solve our customers' problems by saving them time, money and materials (which end up in landfills).Job Duties and Responsibilities:In the Field Daily:On the jobsite for 2 or more customers dailyComplete work orders, customer service, and follow-upsWorking for a variety of customers in different industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.Customer Service and Communication:Display world-class customer service for residents, building owners/managers, and othersTrack and document work progress in our mobile appsCommunicate with support team and peers regularlyFollow Repair Process:Understand and utilize our processesEmploy each tool in your custom tool-kitProblem-solve repairs with creativityPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or auto body workExperience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus, but is not requiredAn ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do. We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything!. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide incredibly fast service, while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in our support center and on jobsites. We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. All inquiries about employment at this franchisee should be made directly to the franchise location, and not to Surface Experts Corporate. Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
