Job TitlePainterJob DescriptionFULL-TIME DAYS The Painter repairs, paints and redecorates walls, ceilings, woodwork, furniture and fixtures throughout the facility. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.ResponsibilitiesGeneral Functions:Repairs, paints and redecorates walls, ceilings, doors, floors and baseboards, etcSkills include sheetrock installation & finishing, tile, seamless flooring, laminate, painting, wall vinyl, wallpaper, monolithic and suspended ceiling repair, wall protection systems and cubicle curtain systemsAssists in requesting supplies and material.Documents all work performed on appropriate logs and work orders.Assists other maintenance techs as needed.Utilizes resources efficiently and effectivelyMaintains safe environmentParticipates in Performance Improvement activitiesQualificationsMINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Graduate or equivalent.
