Complete small repairs daily by applying your creativity and using problem-solving skills.We Offer:Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairsDirect track to Surface Repair Technician with pay increaseNo weekends, late nights, or eveningsPaid holidays and paid time offCompany vehicle with tools providedWe respond to all candidates within 24 hours.Duties:Visit 4+ job sites every dayRepair damage on the job site while using exceptional customer service to follow up with staffEmploy your creativity in several settings such as apartments, hotels, commercial buildings, and building sitesUse outstanding customer service to engage with staff and tenantsDevelop an understanding of our own 5-step repair process and use it in the fieldMaster each part of your custom-made tool-kitThink outside the box to create one-of-a-kind repairsRequirements:Practical experience with a hands-on trade – Example include any part the construction, manufacturing, or painting process. Personal hobbies could work too!Color is a fundamental part of our work, and the ability to understand and manipulate color is crucial for success.This is client-facing - professional appearance and demeanor.Surface Experts - White Plains:Surface Experts does it all: Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything! We aim to be the "one place fixes all" for any kind of small surface damage.While many of our repairs are relatively small and straightforward, our competitors always want to completely resurface. Our repairs are often smaller than a dinner plate. This superior alternative results in satisfied customers and long-term relationships. Our process minimizes materials in landfills while helping our customers save time and money!Our repair process needs minimal product – usually just 1 to 2 tablespoons – allowing our technicians to take everything they need with them in a small vehicle. Our method ensures a clean and smell-free experience, complete in less than two hours.Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
