This role ensures high-quality workmanship, maintains safety standards, and completes projects on schedule and within scope.Job Specifications:Expected Pay Range: Starting $22.00 per hourShift & Schedule Availability: Full time year-round, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm weekends and holidays when neededJob Responsibilities:Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and primingApply paint, stains, coatings, or finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipmentEnsure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectationsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized job siteUse safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Communicate progress, issues, and changes to Lead PainterInspect completed work and perform touch-ups as necessaryJob Requirements:5+ years of professional painting experienceExpert knowledge of surface preparation, coatings, and application techniquesAbility to read work orders, and project specificationsFollow OSHA and Vermont state laws, regulations and statutesAbility to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.Valid driver's license and clean driving recordRRPM lead paint certified or the ability to acquire necessary certificationsClimb ladders, kneel, crouch and get into tight spaces and perform repairs on varied surfaces.Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.Strength & Stamina: Ability to handle heavy lifting, pulling, and pushing of equipment.Dexterity & Coordination: Excellent hand-eye coordination for precise application and steady hand strength for using tools.Mobility & Positioning: Working in uncomfortable or confined spaces.Vision: Close vision, color vision, and depth perception to ensure quality finishes.Safety Compliance: Ability to wear protective equipment and work in varied weather conditions.Conditions: Exposure to dust, paint fumes, and varied temperatures, especially outdoors.We offer great resort privileges, discounts, and free employee meal to all employees.This is a full-time position and eligible after an initial waiting period for a competitive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage, Employer Paid: Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability, Paid Time Off, 401k Retirement Plan with Employer match.Our success is the direct result of dynamic, dedicated people with a passion for hospitality who enjoy being part of a devoted, hard-working team.
