You're trained in Pearl's Best Known Methods (BKMs) for a variety of tasks like prep work, painting, cleanup, and maintaining a professional vibe on the job. Each day is filled with exciting and diverse activities-from prepping rooms and caulking to rolling and brushing both interiors and exteriors, as well as sanding and keeping our tools organized. You have the chance to work alongside experienced painters who are genuinely invested in your success. Your main goal is simple: create happy clients while sticking to the budget.
