PaintLine (3rd Shift Shift)Hire Dynamics is hiring for one of our Manufacturing client in their search to fill open positions in Gastonia, NC. Job Title: Paint Line Loader Requirements: Inspect, weigh, and package product Monitors the operation of paint conveyor line, replaces tips, hangers and racks – as needed – and corrects crashes, e Visually inspects parts prior to hanging to detect any irregularities such as rust, dents, scratches, etc. Hangs or mounts parts/assemblies onto paint conveyer line in prescribed manner to ensure optimum coverage of spray finish Manually cap string rods Read work orders and number verification Verify compliance with quality, safety, production standards, work rules, and efficient operation of equipment Other related duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 1+years of related experience General computer knowledge is required Flexibility in schedule to work overtime as needed Ability to wear steel toe shoes and safety glasses Perks: Benefits Available: Medical, Dental, Vision Holiday Pay 401K plans Temp to Hire Referral Bonuses Employee Discounts through Working Advantage Access to FREE online classes through Penn Foster, as part of the Better Worklife Academy
