As a member of our team you'll enjoy excellent benefits, opportunities for growth, and an encouraging culture that supports work / life balance.Pallet BuilderThe Pallet Builder assembles pallets to be used for stacking and movement of interior doorsDuties/ResponsibilitiesPlace lumber strip on frame rack and piece together using a nail gunStack finished pallets in staging areaDisassemble returned pallets from home building facilities and repairEnsure work area is clean and organizedPerform duties in other work area as assignedRequired Skills and abilitiesAble to lift 35 lbs.Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.Must have ability to work independently and as a team member Must care about quality.Must be detailed oriented and work at an efficient pace.Must be reliable.Why Clayton?Full-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
