Job description
Production Associate – Palletizer / Line Support (2nd Shift)Join a production team where you'll help ensure products are made, packed, and palletized safely and efficiently. This role plays a key part in product quality, accurate counts, and preparing shipments for delivery.Pay: $23.25/hour Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMWhat You'll DoInspect products for quality and accuracyCount, stack, and palletize finished goods for shipmentKeep production lines running smoothly and assist where neededComplete pallet sheets and follow work instructions (LOI)Load materials (bottles, boxes) and notify team when supplies are lowMaintain a clean and safe work environmentAssist on the production line as neededKey ResponsibilitiesBuild stable, accurate pallets for shippingMonitor product flow and ensure correct countsSupport line operations (loading bottles, opening boxes, etc.)Clean equipment and work areas during downtimeQualificationsAbility to read, write, and understand basic EnglishBasic math skills (counting, tracking totals)Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not requiredPhysical RequirementsStand for 10-hour shiftsLift up to 50 lbs occasionally (25 lbs regularly)Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting (including overhead)Ability to stack and move product up to pallet heightWork EnvironmentExposure to machinery, noise, and chemicalsPPE required as neededABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
