Location: Newport, AR
Pay Rate: $19.75 per hour
Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shifts ( 2-2-3 rotation )

Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred
Experience operating manual or hydraulic pallet jacks preferred
Food or beverage manufacturing experience is a plus
Ability to follow safety, food safety, and quality procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and ability to work well with a team
Job Duties
Stack finished product cases onto pallets according to required configurations
Keep pace with a fast-moving production conveyor
Hand-pack products as needed
Label finished cases with product and date information
Operate manual and hydraulic pallet jacks
Move finished pallets to designated warehouse locations
Inspect products and packaging for quality issues
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Palletizer.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
