Palletizer Operator | Temp-to-HireURGENT HIRING NEED - INTERVIEWING NOWWe are seeking a Palletizer Operator for a long-term Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a leading manufacturing facility in the Greater St. Louis area. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting warehouse and production operations.This is a career-track opportunity with advancement potential and a pathway to permanent employment.Pay & AdvancementStarting Rate: $22.00/hourAfter Qualification/Card Certification: $23.00/hourPermanent Employment Rate: Approximately $25.63/hourEligible for permanent employment after approximately 600+ successful hoursAdditional advancement opportunities available for top performersWhat You'll DoOperate palletizing and packaging equipmentMonitor automated palletizers and stretch wrappersClear equipment jams and perform equipment resets as neededReplace and thread stretch-wrap rollsPerform pre-operational equipment inspectionsConduct quality checks throughout the shiftMonitor finished products prior to shipmentMaintain accurate production and inventory recordsUtilize computerized inventory and material tracking systemsSupport housekeeping and sanitation activitiesAssist with production changeovers and continuous improvement effortsRelieve team members for breaks and lunches as neededTrain and assist new employees when requiredFollow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety proceduresMay be required to obtain forklift certificationAdditional Warehouse & Material Handling DutiesOperate forklift equipment as neededDeliver raw materials to production areasTransport packaging materials throughout the facilityAssist with waste handling and recycling effortsOperate baling equipmentPerform general housekeeping and porter responsibilitiesQualificationsManufacturing, production, warehouse, or material handling experience preferredForklift experience is a plusComputer skills requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to complete documentation accuratelyStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to lift 20-25 pounds regularlySelf-motivated with a strong work ethicAbility to work independently and within a team environmentCommitment to safety, quality, and attendanceSchedule1st Shift6:00 AM - 2:30 PM2nd Shift2:00 PM - 10:30 PMAdditional $0.75/hour shift premium3rd Shift10:00 PM - 6:30 AMAdditional $1.00/hour shift premiumOvertime ExpectationsEight-hour shifts with overtime as neededMandatory overtime may be required based on business needsShift flexibility requiredOvertime may occur before or after scheduled shiftsSaturday work may be requiredProduction demands may require schedule adjustments with limited noticeWork EnvironmentManufacturing and warehouse environmentFast-paced operationNon-air-conditioned production areasFrequent walking, standing, lifting, and equipment operationSafety-focused workplace with high quality expectationsWhat We're Looking ForSuccessful candidates will demonstrate:Reliability and excellent attendanceInitiative and self-motivationStrong communication skillsAccountability and professionalismFlexibility with schedules and overtimeAbility to work safely in a production environmentA desire to build a long-term manufacturing careerWhy Apply?Immediate interviews availableTemp-to-hire opportunityStarting pay of $22.00/hourAdvancement to $23.00/hour upon qualificationPotential permanent employment at approximately $25.63/hourStable work environmentCareer growth opportunitiesHands-on manufacturing and equipment experienceApply today.
