Join our team as a Palletizer and help stack, organize, and prepare products for shipment while working with a strong, supportive crew!PalletizerA large-scale food manufacturing company.What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Palletizer Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 16.35 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00pm)Transports pallets from the packaging line to the distribution center.Delivers empty pallets to the production line.Delivers packaging materials to the production line.Wraps loaded pallets according to company guidelines.Ensures electric jacks are in working order and reports problems to the maintenance department.Maintains a clean and orderly work area.Follows company safety guidelines.Palletizer Qualifications:Previous sanitation, food production, or manufacturing experience preferred.Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.Experience using cleaning equipment, chemicals, pressure washers, and hand tools preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean, safe work environment.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive movement.Comfortable working in wet, cold, or fast-paced production environments.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), PPE requirements, and company safety standards.Reliable attendance and willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights or weekends if needed.Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and safety guidelines.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
