Job TitlePrideStaff Southfield is working with one largest manufacturers and packagers of a wide variety of consumer, industrial and industrial products in North America.Job DescriptionMultiple shiftsRemove finished cases from case sealer and arrange cases on pallets in a predetermined pattern.Preparation for line start-upMake sure case sealer is functioning properlyEnsure proper pallet pattern is knownEnsure proper pallets are at the lineProduct palletizationArrange cases on a pallet in correct pattern determined by brand, weight, and cartons per case and cases coded with a production dateQuality assurance/quality controlVisually inspect cases exiting the case sealerNotify line leader of any defects immediatelyUnderstand and maintain all quality standardsAll employees are responsible for the quality and empowered to shut down the line or notify their line leader of the defectsVisually inspect pallets, and rejecting any broken pallets or if missing any cross ties.HousekeepingMaintain cleanliness of work area and GMPClean packaging line as time permits during shift run, before, and after shiftTroubleshootingNotify line leader of reoccurring problems including out of the ordinary sounds or vibration in machine operationCompany overviewPrideStaff can offer you a wide-range of rewarding career options.
