nThe Opportunity:
nWe are hiring a PRN Advanced Practice Provider for our Palliative Team.
nThe Work:
nnnAccountable for advanced nursing practice in the care of assigned patient populations. Responsible for collecting and analyzing client health data. Identifies appropriate expected outcomes. Develop and implement plan of care.

nnProvide comprehensive clinical coordination of care and case management.
n
nnProvide consultation to influence plan of care for clients.
n
nnEnhance the abilities of others and effect change in the system.
n
nnUses prescriptive authority procedures and treatments in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations.
n
nnEvaluate clients progress in attaining expected outcomes.
n
nnConduct nursing research.
n
nnProvide education to patient, family and nursing staff and case manages high risk patients.
n
nnPrior Palliative Care or ICU experience as an APP strongly preferred
n
n nJob Requirements
nApplicable Experience:
n1 year
nAdvanced Practice Provider - Various, Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
nMaster's Degree
