Job description
Empatia, part of Gentiva, seeks an experienced Clinical Manager, Palliative, to coordinate day-to-day clinical activities within the palliative program and ensure smooth operations across care teams.
You will manage patient calls, follow-up needs, referrals, and scheduling for NPs. Strong communication and HIPAA compliance are essential; healthcare administration experience is required.
