Job description
Interim HealthCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our palliative care team in Wisconsin. The role focuses on patient-centered care for those with serious illnesses, working in a collaborative setting with a strong emphasis on a 1:1 patient ratio and flexible assignments.
You will perform comprehensive visits, develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team, and coordinate medication management. A Wisconsin NP license is required, and training is available for the right candidate.
