Job description
Compassus is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for the PPV program to provide both palliative and hospice care across multiple patient sites. You will conduct routine and emergency assessments, manage symptoms, and work with the IDT to ensure comfort and quality of life for patients and families.
The role requires collaboration with Medical Directors, physicians, and caregivers, with after-hours coverage as needed.
