Job description
The Hospital of Central Connecticut, part of Hartford HealthCare, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Palliative Care team.
The APP will work with the attending physician and interdisciplinary care team to deliver expert palliative care to patients with chronic serious illness, or those nearing end of life, focusing on pain and symptom management to optimize function and quality of life.
