Job description
NJ Palliative Care Solutions is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient and SNF-based palliative care across Ocean County for patients living with serious illness.
Palliative care experience is helpful but not required; clinicians with strong communication and serious-illness judgment from oncology, critical care, hospital medicine, geriatrics, SNF/LTC, primary care, or home-based care should consider this role.
