Job description
Nantucket Cottage Hospital in Nantucket, MA, seeks a Palliative Care Nurse Specialist to provide direct patient care and clinical management for patients and families, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team across hospital, home, and nursing home settings.
The position is 20 hours per week with a day shift. Bachelor’s in Nursing is required; Master’s preferred. MA RN license and 2–3 years in hospice/palliative care are expected, with strong clinical and EMR skills essential.
