Job description
Nantucket Cottage Hospital is seeking a Palliative Care Nurse Specialist on a 20-hour/week day shift to deliver direct patient care and manage clinical care plans in collaboration with the PASCON team. You’ll work with physicians, NPs, and social workers to ensure coordinated, compassionate care across settings.
The ideal candidate holds a BSN, preferably an MSN, with 2–3 years in hospice/palliative nursing and MA RN licensure; strong EMR skills and teamwork are essential.
