Job description
Mercy is seeking a Manager of the Palliative Care Program to lead the inpatient service and coordinate a multidisciplinary team dedicated to quality patient care. The role focuses on aligning care delivery with Mercy’s model, goals, and performance metrics, ensuring patient safety and seamless care across providers.
Ideal candidates hold an RN license in the hiring state (or compact) with CHPN or eligibility within 1 year, and BLS training within 30 days; 3 years of Palliative Care and 2 years
