Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PAM RN to join our hospital-based team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will provide Tier III level patient care, demonstrating clinical expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality nursing services. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital protocols and Tier III standards.
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Provide patient and family education as needed.
Qualifications:
Current RN licensure.
Experience in hospital-based nursing, preferably at Tier III level.
Ability to work PRN shifts with flexibility.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
