Panel Services Electrical Control Panel BuilderPanel Services builds electrical control panels for customer applications. All electrical control panels vary by size and complexity and are built to Engineering and UL508A specifications. Employees will be responsible for but not limited to the mounting, wiring, cutting, and assembling of various components required in the build process.Duties and responsibilities include:Accurately measure, drill, punch and cut metal enclosures as required.Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and CAD assembly drawings, and physically wire according to them.Requires occasional lifting of 25-50 pounds and heavy hand tools on daily basis (8-10 hr shift)Install components, crimp connections, and route wiring with attention to detail while meeting specificationsProduce assemblies, apply labels, and package peripheralsWork requires the use of hand tools and power tools while standing 8-10 hour a dayActively learning roles and responsibilities and requires supervisionMaintain an organized work area for safety and productivityUse computer ERP system to perform transactionsAssist verifying stock accuracy with occasional cycle countsPerform other duties as assigned by SupervisorStanding for long periods of time during an 8-hour shiftMust be able to work quickly while adhering to quality and production standards in a fast-paced work environment.Must be able to learn quicklyMust be able to use power tools and hand tools including: drills, electric screwdrivers, crimping tools, & jigsaws, etc…Skill and educational requirements:High School DiplomaRelated experience and/or technical training preferredComputer skills including MS Office, E-mail, and current Windows OSWork schedule:Hourly, Non-ExemptProduction Department - Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm with ½ hour lunch and two 10 minute breaks.Overtime, including Saturdays, as required to meet business demandsOur Commitment to Our PeopleAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
