Monday-Thursday 5am-4pm $18-20/hr DOEThis client is a manufacturing company in Longview, TX!What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Panel Production Associate Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 18.00 to $ 20.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 04:00pm)Prepare and stage core and laminate materials for productionAccurately complete panel lay-up processes according to work orders and specificationsMaintain cleanliness and proper operation of the glue press and surrounding work areasClearly label and organize panels throughout the production processDistribute completed material stacks to appropriate departmentsMaintain organized and safe warehouse material storage areasMonitor supplies and tooling needed for daily production and communicate shortages proactivelyPerform general housekeeping and routine equipment maintenance as requiredPanel Production Associate Qualifications:Previous production or carpentry experienceAbility to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials weighing up to 75–100 lbs.Ability to read and interpret cut lists, production paperwork, and engineering drawings.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
