Panel Shop ForemanLead a skilled panel shop team building cutting-edge industrial automation and control system solutions.What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Panel Shop Foreman Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 35.00 / hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)Assign work to personnel; supervise to ensure they are performing to potential.Oversee assembly of panels from parts and materials, including weldments.Ensure work is executed in the most effective manner in regard to time, cost and function.Direct the daily work activity of shop personnel.Panel Shop Foreman Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalentAssociates degree related to manufacturing or business; or equivalent education and experience2+ years of leadership experience in a panel shopStrong knowledge of industrial control panels, electrical assemblies, and shop fabrication processesWorking knowledge of welding, fabrication, and panel assembly processesExperience in industrial automation and control systems manufacturing preferredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
