Job description
White Tail Automation, part of the Crimson Group, seeks a Panel Shop & Integrated Equipment Manager for our Midland, Texas facility. Lead a skilled team, plan daily production, and coordinate resources to deliver high-quality, safe panels on schedule.
You will oversee wiring, testing, and QA, review schematics and P&IDs, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring UL 508A/UL compliance and strong safety culture. Relocation to Midland is required.
