Job Overview
Papa is hiring part-time companion caregivers, also known as Papa Pals, in New Haven, MI. Office-based work does not require a prior caregiving background, so we welcome stay‑at‑home parents, retirees, and anyone who wishes to help others on a flexible schedule.
Compensation & Benefits
Earn up to $18.00 per hour plus bonuses. Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits is provided where available. Use the mobile app to choose hourly visit opportunities, typically 2‑4 hours each, and create your own schedule.
Responsibilities
Provide friendly companionship and company to older adults and families.
Assist with activities of daily living such as running errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
Offer transportation to appointments or errands when needed.
Requirements
Age 21 or older.
Valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
Valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
Access to a smartphone and a vehicle (model year (VEHICLE_YEAR) or newer).
Proficient in English communication.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle report.
Kind‑hearted, patient, and reliable personality.
Availability to work at least 2 or more hours per week.
