Job description
Smurfit WestRock in Texas seeks a Department Manager, Paper Mill to lead Paper Machine, Roll Line, Finishing and Shipping operations, driving safety, quality, and cost-effective production.
You will identify opportunities to improve overall mill performance by coordinating with Operators, Foremen, Engineers, Supervisors, and the Superintendent, and you will oversee capital budgets and ISO compliance programs.
