Job description
Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Paper Area Operating Superintendent to oversee the paper machine operations within the Toledo containerboard team. You will lead operators and maintenance staff, drive safety, quality, and production targets, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
The role requires extensive paper manufacturing experience, strong technical knowledge of papermaking equipment, and proven supervisory abilities.
