ResponsibilitiesManage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to dateAssist attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and case summariesDraft legal documents, correspondence, and reports with attention to detailCoordinate communication with clients, courts, and third partiesTrack deadlines, filings, and case progress to ensure timely executionSupport administrative legal processes and maintain compliance with internal procedures
Requirements
Strong written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyHigh level of organization and attention to detailComfort working in a fast paced legal environmentProactive mindset with the ability to follow processes and instructions
QualificationsPrevious experience as a Paralegal or in a legal support role is preferredFamiliarity with legal documentation and case management workflowsExperience supporting attorneys in administrative and research tasksStrong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
