Paralegal (Contract-to-Hire) Falls Church, VA (Onsite First 6 Months)
$30-40/hour + Overtime
A client of The Midtown Group is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a busy and growing law firm in Falls Church, VA.
This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex legal documents. The successful candidate will become an integral member of a collaborative legal team supporting sophisticated business and regulatory matters.
Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence
Manage and track critical deadlines, filings, and attorney requests
Maintain detailed records and case documentation
Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and outside parties
Support attorneys with contract, regulatory, and transactional matters
Assist with due diligence, document review, and legal research projects
Ensure filings and documents are completed accurately and on time
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate required
3+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
Stable employment history with demonstrated longevity
