Paralegal Position
Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are currently recruiting a Paralegal for our Kansas City, KS office. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This role is in-office, and the candidate must live in Kansas City metropolitan area for court appearances. Base schedule is Monday through Friday with hours between 8AM to 5PM. Interested applicants: We require a completed employment applicant and resume.
What You'll Do:
Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal team, including document preparation, filing, and general office tasks.
Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality standards.
Manage Counterclaims in MO, drafting releases and dismissals, regular communication with creditors/debtors
