Job Description
Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
Organize and maintain case files and legal records.
Assist attorneys with discovery, due diligence, and case preparation.
Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
Track deadlines, hearings, filings, and case-related tasks.
Prepare legal documents and supporting materials for hearings and meetings.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable legal and organizational requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
Relevant paralegal/legal experience preferred.
Strong legal research, writing, organization, and communication skills. xhmxlyz
Proficiency with MS Office and legal research/document-management tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
