Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Transactional Paralegal at Anderson Law NYC in New York, NY. The role involves supporting the transactional practice in coordinating closings, document management, compiling closing binders, turning comments and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Experience running closings for commercial real estate transactions.
Experience compiling closing binders.
Experience compiling signature packets and reviewing closing statements.
Experience turning comments to legal documents.
Communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented and proactive approach to tasks
Bachelor's degree
