Job description
Real Estate investment and management company is hiring a Paralegal to join their Westchester County, NY office.
The ideal candidate is an analytical and diligent professional with:
A Paralegal Studies degree, preferred
5+ years of commercial leasing real estate experience
Retail leasing experience, strongly preferred
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Draft and abstract various lease agreements
Perform due diligence for real estate transactions
Review title and survey for commercial properties
Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Additional information:
Salary: $85K - $100K commensurate with experience plus benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, 401K and more
Full-time in office
Must be flexible for overtime as needed
