Job description
Segal McCambridge, a nationally recognized litigation firm, is seeking an experienced paralegal to join our dynamic team in Austin. In this role, you will take ownership of your files and work closely with attorneys through all phases of litigation—from initial pleadings through trial preparation. Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in civil defense litigation
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and legal terminology
Meticulous attention to detail in drafting, editing, and proofreading legal documents
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Windows applications, e-filing systems, and online research tools
Experience with billing and time entry
