Job description
Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Paramedic Supervisor for Life Flight Network in Waterville. The role oversees day-to-day shift operations, staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring high‑quality patient care at the Paramedic level.
Required are a high school diploma or GED, EVOC within 6 months, ACLS and PALS certifications, current paramedic certification, and a state driver’s license; 3 years paramedic experience is required. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
