Position Overview

This role is Full-Time (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday, and works in The Todd Group's Crystal Lake, IL office.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
Create investment proposals
Account opening, service requests and ongoing maintenance
Track and closely follow asset movement
Support the financial planning process
Keep detailed notes of client correspondence and required actions
Other general administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications 2+ years financial services experience in paraplanning, investments, etc. (required)
Life and Health License, and Series 6/7 Registered (desired)
Proficient with investment trading systems and processes
Adept with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and various software, including firm-approved AI Tools
Familiarity with financial planning tools, Wealthscape, Envestnet, DocuSign and CRM (preferred)

What The Todd Group Offers Competitive Salary: $70,000-$80,000 annually, negotiable with experience and qualifications
