Location: Upper Darby, PA
Schedule: School-Based | Daytime Hours
Pay: 22-25/hr

At Care Options for Kids, our school-based Paraprofessionals play a critical role in helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. This role is designed for individuals who value structure, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a daily impact in a school setting.
As a Paraprofessional, you'll work closely with teachers and school teams to support students with diverse learning needs. You'll provide one-on-one and small-group assistance, help reinforce lessons, and contribute to a supportive classroom environment where students feel safe, encouraged, and capable of growth.

Requirements
* Experience as a Paraprofessional, preferably in a school-based setting
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with a classroom team
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of student information
* Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto liability insurance
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Associate's Degree or higher preferred
