Job description
Lilly in Wisconsin is seeking a Sr. Director, Parenteral Operations to lead the Parenteral Flow Team and ensure safety, quality and operational excellence in manufacturing. You will work with cross-functional groups to align on strategy and deliverables in a GMP environment.
The role reports to the Site Head, contributes to site planning, and mentors a diverse team while driving continuous improvement and regulatory compliance in parenteral production.
